That is a trick question.
If the spokes were in different subinterfaces and the requirement was to configure authentication on area, you could use null authentication.
But when both spokes are on the same multipoint interface on the hub, there is no way to specify, under the interface on the hub, to use authentincation for one IP address.
Hope you get more feedback.
Maybe this question does not mean you should not configure authentication on the other spoke; maybe the goal is to test if you are going to loose hours trying to solve something that can not be done.
