When using wide metrics, ISIS uses TLV 135 (as per RFC3784). This new TLV
subsumes both TLV128 and TLV130 and has no provision to treat routes as
external. Therefore, when you use wide metrics, it is not possible to
distinguish between internal and external routes.

When redistributing ospf into isis, if it is used metric-type external,
metric changes from 0 to 64.
If wide-style is used, metric goes back to 0.
Is it as it was supposed to be?
Troubleshooting Routing Protocols book says:
"Cisco IOS Software sets bit 8 instead of bit 7 for the I/E bit when using
narrow metrics, which results in an increase in the metric value by 128
instead of 64."
I was expecting 128 instead of 0.
It is a simple network:
