If this is a lab router, then you can tell what is keeping it by observing the
output from DEBUG DIALER (what triggers a call) and DEBUG IP PACKET (what
traffic is crossing). If it is staying up, as opposed to bouncing, then it is
probably some kind of interesting traffic, perhaps another routing protocol.

Am having an issue with an ISDN calls staying up forever even though I
have the idle-timeout and the ospf-demand-circuit (to stop OSPF hellos
