Hi Tiger. Sorry for your failure. Just re-take while you have
everything fresh on your mind (OK, brush some weak points before
that).

I took my unsuccessfully first attempt in San Jose last week. The DOC
CD was NOT available via the web. The proctor put a CD in the drive
and we are all cool. ...I suggest you complain to ccie@cisco.com about
the incident and hope they will do some adjustment (may be a discount)
for your next attempt.
