Narcis,
At first I got all excited about knowing of this new way to set the DE bit
using MQC.
To learn more about this command, I looked it up and found that this command
only applies to a frame relay switch.

Therefore, in the lab, since we won't have access to the frame switch, there
wouldn't been any chance of our needing to use this.
But, it's good to know just the same.
