I think it's normal behaviour since visual-access interface is real one
which shows whether the link is up or down. also with virtual-interface in
PPPoFR or PPPoA, we cannot ping the virtual-interface itself. So if the task
requires that local interface should be "pingable", it better to use dialer
interface instead of virtual-interface. One question, can I use dialer
interface over FR? I've never try this before!
