R1 being Active router and all traffic goes theu R1 at this moment. R2
will only kicks in if R1 Fail.
Base on the above setup, can I do policy routing in Sw2 so that a
specific destination ip (i.e: 131.64.1.1) will be route to R2 and goes
out thru ISP2?
