IE WB2: How to test Backup Interface?

Hi all,

I have configured ISDN call back between R4 & R5. ISDN callback as
such is working. Configured as backup for R5's serial
0/0.1point-to-point frame-relay interface.

If i shut the serial interface (p2p) i dont see ISDN goes out of
standby mode. Solution Note also says, shutting primary interface
does not trigger backup interface to be up up mode.

Is there any other way to test this.?
