Have configured "refuse-message" under VTY ports on R5.
However, when all VTY lines are used up on R5, message doesn't get
displayed to R5 that's originating the telnet session. Is there any
other command that's missing for this to work.
R5(config-line)#exit
R5(config)#line vty 0 4
R5(config-line)#pass cisco
R5(config-line)#login
R5(config-line)#refuse-message #
Enter TEXT message. End with the character '#'.
