Thanks brian! I had to wait for the next slot on rack rental for
debugging. Aftre "no ip mroute-cache" I could see more info for debug
ip mpacket. It is intermetittent failure.

First time....Success With 1 repeat count....
Packet sent with a source address of 183.1.2.2
*Mar 1 00:51:05.921: IP(0): s=183.1.2.2 (Ethernet0/0) d=226.26.26.26 (Serial0/0
) id=17, prot=1, len=100(100), mforward
Reply to request 0 from 183.1.0.5, 104 ms
Reply to request 0 from 183.1.0.5, 120 ms

After 5 times.. failure...
Packet sent with a source address of 183.1.2.2
Sending 1, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 226.26.26.26, timeout is 2 seconds:
Packet sent with a source address of 183.1.2.2
.
During a failure NO debug messages.

After some time it works fine....
