That is correct p2p and broadcast only.
Max, pls. check "Troubleshooting IP Routing Protocols", Shamim et. al.
pages 536-540.
"NBMA media should be configured as broadcast links only when the
routers are fully meshed by the underlying PVC" ..."Nonfully meshed
NBMA environments should use p2p setup..."
