Hi Joshua:
The command " no frame-relay inverse-arp " and " no
arp frame-relay " are redundant. What " no arp
frame-relay " does is if any body is coming to you to
get information, you will not respond, if you have
this command enable.

Therefore, if you have a protocol defined on the
interface, and you don't have a frame relay map
statement for that protocol address, that is when we
will arp for the DLCI. " no arp frame-relay " will
prevent this.
