I spent the better part of the weekend trying to figure out what this
command does, I'm inclined to agree with bryan..it doesnt do squat. I tried
to make it do something, didnt work. I tried to use it to break things,
didnt work (or I should say, didnt break anything that I could find)
extensive testing was done so unless I'm a total lid this command is
useless.
