just tying to cross my T's and dot my I's with regards to when you need to use
'fair-queue'

rsvp - check

wred - check

rtp - hmmm.....i recall <i think> when reading the dqos book that it mention
that you need fair-queue in the class-default with cbwfq so that the rest of
the traffic that is not in the priority queue will be service in a the most
efficient manner...<check?>

i also recall that you need to enable fair-queue in cbwfq is the non-default
class does not have the bandwidth specified... does this ring a bell?

anything i'm missing w/ regards to fair-queue
