Hello,
since EIGRP Split-Horizon is on by default, you will only see it if it is
turned off on an interface with the interface command <no ip split-horizon
eigrp x> command. If you do a <sh run> and do not see <no ip eirgp
split-horizon eigrp x> command on the respective interface, it means that
split-horizon is turned on.
