Hey Ian,

That's GREAT news and will surely make your racks and service much more
desirable for all those people using the IE practice labs workbook. I'm
thrilled to hear this.

For the moment my rack requirements are being met by IE directly, but as you
can see from their rack rental schedule, they don't have lots of rental
slots available so I'm sure once the IE workbook user community finds out
about this, you'll be getting lots of inquires.

Between the fabulous practice labs from IE and you're excellent customer
support and service, this looks like the perfect win - win combo for ccie4u,
IE and all those people seeking to become CCIE's.

If you haven't done so already, I would make sure IE knows about this. Both
Brain Dennis and Brain McGahan are great guys and I suspect would be happy
to know there's another excellent rack vendor that supports their labs.

Again, congrads on the upgrade and I look forward to working with again
sometime down the road.

Tim
