is your demarc extended? does your demarc terminate at one point or do you
have it extended from the actual termination point to somewhere else in the
area? I.E. is your CSU/DSU somewhere other than where the actual line comes
in, could be physical problems from the actual line of demarcation to where
the CSU/DSU is located, Just a shot in the dark here from the info you
provided.
