possible to prioritize Telnet traffic over Http using policing? Could
you post a config output?

Considering not using priority under CBWFQ and after the action of the
police: Does the traffic go to a queue where a feature like WFQ could be
applyed to priorize one traffic over another?

Example
If http between R1 and R2 => police rate 1Mbps/burst 250kbytes
If Telnet between R1 and R2 => police rate 1Mbps, 250kbytes

Is it possible to priorize Telnet traffic over Http?
