Thanks for reply.

This topology is below

r1-----r2------r3
I have configured r2(queueing)

ping from r1 to r3
custom queueing is r2's outbound interface going to r3.

it is't the cause that generating traffic from the same device,i think.

It's because access-lists very rarely affect traffic generated by that
same device. Applies to outbound access lists, queueing, etc. That
single match against ICMP must have been caused by a device downstream
that crossed your queueing router, not the router itself.

Subject: CQ queueing counters

queueing counters are strange.
why?

-------------------------------
queue-list 1 protocol ip 1 list 120
queue-list 1 protocol ip 2 list 121
queue-list 1 default 0
queue-list 1 queue 1 byte-count 512
queue-list 1 queue 2 byte-count 5120
access-list 120 permit tcp any any eq telnet access-list 121 permit icmp
any any

-------------------------------
Protocol [ip]:
Target IP address: 160.6.12.1
Repeat count [5]: 1000
Datagram size [100]: 1500
Timeout in seconds [2]:
Extended commands [n]:
Sweep range of sizes [n]:
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 1000, 1500-byte ICMP Echos to 160.6.12.1, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
~~~~~~
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (1000/1000), round-trip min/avg/max =
380/381/400 ms
----------------------------
r4(config-if)#do sh queuein int s0/0
Interface Serial0/0 queueing strategy: custom
Output queue utilization (queue/count)
0/25 1/0 2/1 3/0 4/0 5/0 6/0 7/0 8/0
9/0 10/0 11/0 12/0 13/0 14/0 15/0 16/0
-----------------------------
Queue 2 is icmp traffic.
I wondered why counter2 is "1".
