Sergio,
Without interesting traffic, R3 will drop all calls after 120
seconds.
In regards to dialer watch, the router with dialer watch
configured does not inform the remote router that is should not drop the
call. You do this manually when you enter the "dialer idle-timeout 0"
command on the router without dialer watch configured.
