Ok Brain,,,

I used "dialer idle-timeout 0" in R3.

R5 continues with the dialer watch funtion,,,

Look at this,,,

In R5
interface BRI0/0
 dialer idle-timeout 30
 dialer watch-disable 15

In R3
interface BRI0/0
 dialer idle-timeout 0

What do you think? Am I right?
