Thanks Tom for the detailed explanation. Just to summarize, assign a lower
cost for the peer that I want to have it as the primary one plus configure
dlsw timer explorer-wait-time on R1 to have time to evaluate all peers.
Just wanted to ask, what will be the default if cost is not assigned at all
??
