Your diagram seems to indicate that RP, RtrOyem, and OyemLS share a physical
network. Is it full broadcast? NBMA? Does OyemLS have and adjacency with RP?

Could you d a "show ip ospf database external" on RtrOyem. In the LSAs for
the BitamRTC ASBR routes, is the advertising router IP that of RtrOyem or
OyemLS?
