If the task's requirment says that
CIR is 5MB on an OC-3 link, and provider has agreed to allow you to burst up
to 7.5MB for a maximum of 32ms.
Is the term "BURST UP TO" means that this becomes a virtual access-rate.
To calculate Be = (AR- CIR) * 32/1000
What value will replace AR the actual target rate which is OC-3 Link or 7.5MB
which is "BURST UP TO"
