The service-policy command under the map-class can be used to apply the QOS
config to traffic going over a single PVC. If you apply it on the interface,
the configuration will apply to all PVCs.

Subject: Service-Policy Command
When is it necessary to use 'Service-policy output/input' command under
'Map-class Frame-Relay'
To my knowledge, if I have already configured Frame-Relay traffic shapping,
and later task asks for some QOS for Voice or Data traffic, then my
Service-policy command must be defined under 'Map-class Frame-Relay' since
one
won't be able to apply the Service-policy command directly on the interface
where FRTS in enabled.

Ahmed
