Ahmed,

        There are three ways to apply the service-policy. Under the
main interface, under a subinterface, or on a per-VC basis using FRTS.
When you apply it without FRTS, all VCs on the interface share the same
output queue. When you apply it with FRTS, each VC uses a separate
output queue. Some of the options are platform specific though.
