My point is that this benefit has been removed - with Cisco not knowing
when/if it will be available again. I have found this useful when dealing
with TAC as it meant you could cut through many basic questions and get to
the heart of the problem quicker

So now, service requests/TAC cases opened by CCIE's are the not detectable
from those opened by people with no experience or qualification.
