I don't think convergence have anything to do with the "dialer
idle-timeout". The command "dilaer idle-timout" only allow you to bring down
the ISDN line quickly after the primary line is up. However, even with both
ISDN and primary line is up, convergence can be done within 5 seconds (and
independent on the "idle-timeout") if you set a highest cost in the ISDN
line.
Therefore, I think the question may be need to re-write to clarify. What do
you think?
