lab 3 task 5.9, with regards to dialer-watch/watch list, "in order to
minimize convergence time after a network failure, r4 should check for ip
reachability to r5's lo0 every 5 seconds....
the only thing in the solutions manual i see that is 5 seconds i "dialer
idle-timeout 5", but i don't think that corresponds to this task
i would think that this should be under the watch-list, but the watch list
says 'delay route check initial 120'
any ideas?
