I notice the original poster has still not posted the source of the
paper he cited below. 
I apologize in advance to those who don't like to hear me grumble. But I
wish that people would provide specifics when they state information or
refer people to a source. That means web links, book title and author,
ISBN, etc. 
I find it really annoying to see posts like "Yeah, I think I HEARD
SOMEWHERE that ISIS sets the ATT bit during the full moon . . ." 
or 
"There's a great new book on that subject, but I can't remember the
title, author, or publisher..."
