Thanks, Alsontra, that helps but I'm still hoping to find some more about
this.
In particular, I'd like to be able to have rules to use. For example,
If I change x, then I must use the "clear ip ospf redistribution" or else
the route table won't be accurate.
If I change y, then I can use "clear ip ospf process" to speed up
reconvergence.
I've searched Cisco.com, but so far I haven't come across any info that
details what these commands really do and when they should or must be used.
