Hi Nathasha,

I suggest to try:

bridge 1 protocol vlan-bridge
interface vlan 1
bridge-group 1
interface vlan 2
bridge-group 1

Cheers,
Ato.

Subject: Fall-Back Bridging!

Hi,

I am configuring DLSW, R1 is the DLSW router

NETBIOS------VLAN1-----3550
                        |
                        |
                      VLAN2
                        |
                       R1
                        |
                        |
                   Frame-Relay

I need to allow Netbios traffic from VLAN1 across the
Frame Relay network to a different network. I have
configured DLSW on R1, but VLAN1 is not directly
connected to R1's E0 interface, I was reading about
fall-back bridging,which consists in bridging
protocols between VLANs,while routing others.
Do I need to configure 2 bridges on the 3550, one for
each VLAn? Please advise.
Thank you
Nathasha
