the routes are working i have full routes so that discounts 1 and 4 2 will
work but i want to do it without and i am left with 3.

essentially i really want to know why ip will not let me accept a packet and
then resend the packet out of the same interface it came in on

Subject: RE: Frame relay and eigrp question

you probably thought of these...
but let me rephrase...
1-static routes on b and c
2-p2p subinterfaces on b and c
3-policy routing
4-default routes advertised by a to b and c

since there is no mechanism to generate /32 routes
like in a ospf p2mp interface,
there is nothing else i suppose to meet your requirements...

good luck

Subject: Frame relay and eigrp question

I have 3 routers on Frame relay

        router a
            |
            |
           / \
         / \
      / \
  router b router c

running eigrp 1
have one frame map statement on b and c and two on a

Have turned split horizon off on a and get full routing tables. but when i
try
to get to b from c or vice versa i get ip redirects from a and no
connectivity.

any way to solve this without additional frame maps of sub
interfaces/subnets

thanks
