Frame relay and eigrp question

I have 3 routers on Frame relay

        router a
            |
            |
           / \
         / \
      / \
  router b router c

running eigrp 1
have one frame map statement on b and c and two on a

Have turned split horizon off on a and get full routing tables. but when i try
to get to b from c or vice versa i get ip redirects from a and no
connectivity.

any way to solve this without additional frame maps of sub interfaces/subnets
