Hi try running the "Cisco AVVID IP Telephony Application Third-=Party Server
Utility" this will check the box you are trying to install CCM on. Let me
know if this wokrs for you..

im trying to intall CM3.3 on normal compaq presario notebook ..i know this

this is P4 2.4Ghz with 512 RAM compaq machine.

windows2k with SP4 ( i tried SP3 as well ) .
