I have to first install Y2K server, then I did SP4 + all the updates,
then I did a few registry tweaks, then Call Manager went on just fine.

Hey - what is a "normal machine"

this is P4 2.4Ghz with 512 RAM compaq machine.

windows2k with SP4 ( i tried SP3 as well ) .
