From byte-count to CBWFQ bandwidth

Hi, Group,
Just wondering how to convert queue-list byte-count to CBWFQ bandwidth kbps,
can byte-count be devided by 1024 after being multiplied with 8.

For example: the default byte-count is 1500 bytes, Following the calculation
below, would it be a correct result?

1500x8/1024=11.71875
