That said, and on a slightly different topic, I believe the lab should
only run mainline code.
There's just too many bugs in the T trains. If I wanted a career
debugging ios software, I would go ask Cisco for a job as a beta tester.
I still have customers running 11.3, with no problems.
I'm beginning to believe that anything after 12.1 is just feature
bloated code.
Then again, I refuse to run anything other than Win2000 in my
department. I tell my techs to show me something that XP does that we
need; that w2k doesn't do.

About the RIP issue, doing a search on CCO. found the following:
