Hi Michael:

Do you know the NICE call recording systems? I think it's the original call
recording system that our customer are planning to install. Do you know if
NICE also support a layer 3 setup?

look at redbox voip recording. They are the only ones that I know of
currently that can handle a layer 3 setup.
