OT: VoIP call recording system

Hi all:

We have a customer that needs to record all the voice call received/send by
a distributed call center he has in a campus network. The calls are
attended by some users with IP phones in a tipical VoIP solution. The
problem is that the people that integrate the call center is in diferent
buildings that are only linked at layer 3. Also we'd like to have only 1
digital recorder machine, located probably in the core of the network
(between core and all the buildings there is only layer 3 connectivity with
the current design)

At first, without having special knowledge about these recording system, we
say: well maybe we can locate the call center users in a specific voice
vlan and do rspan to traslate this traffic vlan to the building where the
recorder is. But this is a problem because there is no layer 2 contituity
to do so without modifying the current design. By the other way, i'm not
sure if these recording equipment can record calls in this way (caming from
a rspan session). Maybe anyone with experience can help.

To not modify this original architecture (buildings and core linked at
layer 3) i'm wondering if i can use tunnels to trasport this traffic. I
think the rspan solution, if possible, isn't a good solution anyway because
this is extra working to the switches (4500 & 6500).

Anyone could provide some help with this?
