It is in the Command Reference for Voice. They state it twice under the
description for the "preference" command.

Subject: Voice preference default value

Hello,

Anyone knows what is the default preference for a dial peer? If you have
two dial peers with the same destination pattern and preference 1 and 2,
the dial peer with preference 1 will be used first.

But if you have two dial peers with, one with no preference set and the
other with a preference of 1, which one will be used? I could not find
it on the DocCD or in the archives and dont have voice in my lab to
test.

Thanks,
