Correction, without "alot of practice" the CCIE is just a dream.
I will be heading somewhere between 700 -1000 hours for my second attempt
and I have a full rack complement, everything and anything I need.
If you aint got the practice done, you aint gona see the got-ya's in the
lab..!!
