Well, in that case, just redistributing the connected subnet on R3 and a NAT
overload on R3 will do.

From the diagram, it doesn't appear that R4 has any additional interfaces or
subnets. The wording of the question doesn't indicate that you need to be
able to ping more than one interface.

It simply says you need to be able to ping R4.

Don't make the problem worse than it really is. Verbage is part of the game
(A HUGE part!).
