CCIE bootcamp

I am sure this subject has been covered many times but I am trying to
find a uk/brussels based CCIE bootcamp to attend in October. Any one
have any experience of these.
When do you recommend attending? one week before or is it best to have a
bit of prectice time say a week after the course before the exam?
