While I really try to stay out of a lot of these things...

The biggest suggestion that I can give is to spell check both your
document AND your web site... When things pop out in bold, colored
letters as glaring spelling errors, that doesn't exactly instill a lot
of confidence in the product!

Not to mention the fact that the first paragraph in the sample is
completely incorrect! SNA does not use all of the SAPs listed. The
typical Cisco examples do! But go check out the SAP list and define
what they all are first and the author will see the error in his/her
ways!

Find a really good editor, and find better tech editors as well.

Anyway... That's my two cents.
