Hi Peng,

It looks to me like "service finger" is the old command, and "ip finger" is
the new command. As this quote below points out.

The service finger command has been replaced by the ip finger command.
However, the service finger and no service finger commands continue to
function to maintain backward compatibility with older versions of Cisco IOS
software. Support for this command may be removed in a future release.

If you have no use for it, turn it off. :)
