Dear Group,
I have configured callback ISDN from router A to B (dial initiated from A,
then B will call back to A), the callback is success for A dials to B (A
pings B) if both side use "ppp authentication chap" only. The folllowing is
my another test secnario:
1) ppp authentication chap in A, ppp authentication chap callout in B
This will fails if A dials to B, B no callback return
2) ppp authentication chap in A, ppp authentication chap callback in B
This will fails if A dials to B, B no callback return
Do above normal?
Also, what is the exact meaning of "ppp authentication chap callback" in i)
calling side and ii) called side in both initial call and returned call?
Thx all,
BBD (Big Black Dog)
