We have IP telephony and we tied in our paging/Intercom system via our
VG-248 gateway. Most Intercom systems
have an analog input. We just assigned the paging ext. to one of the VG's
ports and that was it.
If you don't have an analog Gateway you can probably use an FXS port off of
a router if you have one integrated into your IP telephony system

Subject: IP Phone intercom integration
Hello Group,
Have anybody worked with CISCO IP phones in a situation where the phones had
to integrate into an existing intercom system? Can IP phones be integrated
with BOGEN Communications - Multicom2000 paging system? If so, what link or
where can I find this information. I can provide additional information if
needed. Any help would be useful.
Brian
