Yes there are a lot of new "neat" things coming out. Just downloaded
12.3.1 into a 3745 and it booted up!! :)
BGP hybrid in a nutshell appears to allow you to configure a router
with BGP that can communicate with routers running only IPv4 or IPv6, it
suports AFI and NLRI formats which I know next to nothing about.
