What's interesting is that it runs on 2500 series but not on any 4500s.
The command scheduler looks interesting.

Only 12.3(1) seems to be working now, but if you click on the 12.3 link,
and then the PDF icon over on the right, you can get a very long list of
all sorts of new features. 13 new BGP features and 11 new OSPF features to
start with. Anybody want to guess what a "BGP Hybrid CLI" is? I can't find
the actual documentation on any of these yet. Lots of broken links and
empty pages still.
